Mike has been a resident of Gettysburg since childhood. His family owned and operatated Cherry's Diner for several years. Following his 1979 graduation from Gettysburg High School, he worked in construction and at Morton Buildings where he gained extensive knowledge of homebuilding and quality construction. He then moved on to several management positions at Knouse Foods where he was able to expand his contract and third party negotiation skills procuring outside warehouse space.
Mike entered Real Estate in 2003 where his past experience has served him well. He was awarded the New Sales Associate of the Year Award in 2004. This award is given to the new associate with the highest sales volume.
Mike has also obtained his Certified New Homes Sales Professional (CSP) designation.
