Associate Broker with industry designations of GRI (Graduate Realtors Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). Listed and sold real estate in Florida for five years. Holds licenses in both Pennsylvania and Florida.
EDUCATION: Various and numerous industry related schools. Certified Realtor Code of Ethics instructor, Industrial Management school, US Navy Schools (Equivalent of two years of college). Dale Carnegie courses. National Association of Realtors mandated continuing education classes. Various self-betterment courses.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Background of management in high production manufacturing. Twenty six years in management of a women's footwear producing factory, attaining the position of Superintendent and Plant Manager. Ten years in brick sales and management of production facilities, attaining the position of President and CEO. 20 years in Real Estate Sales. Owned and operated a "Mom & Pop" market for ten years. Owned and managed fourteen rental units. Owned and lived on a fifty four acre farm for seventeen years.
OTHER EXPERIENCE: Served three years in the US Navy (Aviation) with thirteen months aboard the aircraft carrier USS Philippine Sea-CVA 47 off the coast of North Korea. Awared: Good Conduct Medal, Presidential Unit Citation with three stars, Korean Service Medal, US Service Medal and Naval Aviation Medal.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT: Charter member of the Optimist Club, Past Treasurer and Secretary of Jaycees, Past President and Treasurer of the Adams Unit of The American Cancer Society. Past President and Director of the Sheltered Workshop.
Served on various committees on the Hanover Adams Board of Realtors. Past Alternate regional director of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors. Currently serving on the Local Chamber of Commerce Agricultural Committee and the Borough Historical Architectural Review Board.
